Overview
The A.R.T.S. or Automatic Rolling Table System has been designed by us to turn the traditional manual rolling table into a smart rolling table. The primary objective of the ARTS is to complete the given rolling pressure sequence without any human interference. The system controls have been kept very simple so that a normal leaf loading worker can operate the system easily. The system is already working on more than 12 large orthodox factories in Assam. All the commitments and figures given here are genuinely tested.

Now both the motors and gearboxes are safe even if someone knowingly or unknowingly tries to damage it, as sensors will detect any unwanted actions and will automatically take the necessary steps instantly to protect them.

No need to touch the system in case of power cut. After the power comes back the system will automatically take the cap up first, next it will automatically turn on the rolling table main motor, then within a few seconds it will again come back to its previous position and will start the sequence from the point where the power cut occurred earlier.

After finishing the sequence, ARTS will take the pressure cap to the βTOPβ position then it will turn off the rolling table main motor.

The system will start giving an alert 1 minute (Can be changed) before finishing the sequence so that workers will be ready on time to take the tea out from the rolling table as soon as it finishes the sequence.

The installation cost of ARTS will be recovered by next year, if we only count the mandays savings. Installation of ARTS is not involved
Installation of ARTS is not involved with any major modification with the existing rolling tables. So the system can be installed anytime during peak season or cold weather. The installation takes half a day per rolling table. Each rolling table will be offline for manufacturing for the half of the day during installation. So if you have 16 rolling tables then it will take 8 days to complete the installation depending on estate working conditions.
