Supplementation of Information
We may supplement your submitted information with info from third party sources (e.g., strategic partners, USPS) to enhance our service and offer you products you may like.
Contests & Surveys
From time to time, you may participate in contests or surveys. Participation is voluntary. Requested information may include contact and demographic info (you must be 18+). We use this to notify winners, monitor traffic, and personalize our Site. Third party service providers are prohibited from using your info for other purposes.
Tell-A-Friend
If you use our referral service to inform a friend about our Site, we ask for your friend's name and email. GROVEUS will send a one-time email inviting them to visit. We store this info only to send that one email. Your friend may contact us to remove their information.
What Happens if You Terminate Your Account?
When your account is cancelled, your information is placed in "deactivated" status. However, we retain and use it as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
