Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending issues or feedback.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during interactions.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries patiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and convincing abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Qualification:

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
  • Previous telecalling or customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
