Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending issues or feedback.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during interactions.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently.
- Strong problem-solving and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
- Previous telecalling or customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
